Sales Development Manager


We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will partner with managers to increase sales volumes of TVPlay Home (interactive satellite television) in Baltics.


  • Identify trends and develop new business opportunities to increase sales in Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania markets;
  • Analyse results and improve overall efficiency of sales process;
  • Develop and launch new sales channels;
  • In cooperation with country Sales Operations, Product Management and Marketing, define sales strategy, including mix by sales channels, SAC, product mix and annual roadmap of trade marketing activities.


  • Sales management or sales development background;
  • Proven working experience in project management;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Fluent English;
  • Retail sales experience is a plus;
  • B2C Telco experience is a plus.
